	The Client placing the order shall be deemed to have read and understood the below given Terms and conditions before placing the order. Placement of order is understood to construe complete acceptance of below given Terms and Conditions, and the Owners /staff/affiliates/associates of Greetafriend.com shall not be liable towards any claim of damages arising thereof.
	All information pertaining to the gift is displayed in its description. The user is understood to have read and agreed to the information displayed on placement of an order. It will not be possible to entertain any request of refund on account of wrong interpretation .
	Gifts will be delivered only in the cities of delivery given in the web site. However the gifts will be delivered as per the delivery instructions of the sender to the person identified as the recipient. In case Recipient is not available the delivery will be attempted only once more at a subsequent time. In case the recipient is still not available consent to leave the gift with the immediate neighbours will be sought. If in case the consent is not forthcoming the delivery shall be taken as complete and no refund shall be made.
	In an unforeseen circumstance of the recipients refusal to take delivery of the order, the same shall be informed to the client and the order shall be treated as completed, and no request for refund shall be entertained.
	In case Delivery is taken by a person other than the recipient at the delivery address given the order shall be treated as completed.
	In case of our inability to deliver the consignment due to reasons of non-availability. The gift shall be substituted with another gift of equivalent value in the same Product Category. All Gifts are delivered on a best effort basis and no claim towards any liability arising out of delivery/non-delivery shall be applicable on us.
	Arrangements of Flowers shown on our web site may vary in the cities of delivery . this is due to the creativity of the Flower arranger in the city of delivery . However the quality and quantity is assured.
	In an Unforeseen circumstance of a particular type of flower not being available in the city of delivery we reserve the right to replace it with another type of same value and all effort shall be made to match it as closely to the order as possible.
	Product Or services provided by Greet a friend .com Though the website are without any express warranties and any such warranty implied or expressed any where on the web site Shall not be applicable / entertained.
