- The price given in US dollars is an approximation
and is dependent on the prevailing exchange

to fill a form where all the relevant details
like date of delivery and a message along with
any other special shipment instructions can

Verisign Secured Payment Gateway and the payment
is processed in Indian Rupees .
- The charges reflecting on your credit card
shall be determined by the credit card issuing
bank and will be in your local currency or in

Or Citibank High End Secure Payment Gateways. Customers
in India are billed in Indian Rupees and Customers
based abroad shall be billed in their local currency.
The basis of billing is the Indian Rupee Currency
only and the payment-authorizing bank that has issued
your credit card shall derive the final amount billed

an order number is generated and displayed on your
transaction screen, this order with your shopping
cart details are then forwarded to us, a process
which takes Two-Three Days, due to transaction formalities
of relevant banks involved.

About Non-Deliveries?

taken as complete and no refund shall be made.

to our substitution policy, the gift shall be substituted
with another gift of equivalent value and closely
matched with your selection in the same Product
Category. All Gifts are delivered on a best effort
basis and no claim towards any liability arising
out of delivery/non-delivery shall be applicable
on us. This is with specific regard to Flowers as
they are dependent on local conditions of availability
in the city of choice.
